Actually, no problem, oxygenclean overflow-hose connect with the donor tank, then connect with target bottle, ready.
It's much cheaper with my methods and adapters that I use since 2003.
Caution: Do not copy this, is extremely dangerous dealing with high-pressure oxygen !
